In readymade garments, various labels are affixed to indicate brands, sizes, instructions etc. These labels are made from a different type of yarn and while making these, label manufacturing firms have to deal with production planning, label design, raw material requirements, machine capacities, shift productivity etc. A label manufacturing company also needs to do the inventory control, billing and collection as part of distribution activities. This is what makes the production of garment labels a major issue for label manufacturing firms.

Having identified this need for a proper system and its management, Ember developed the Label manufacturing Automation system - a robust system that caters to the production and distribution activities of label manufacturing companies.
