At the helm of Ember Technologies' functioning is a group of highly qualified individuals with a perfect blend of vast experience and fresh talent to keep up with the vast pace of the industries growth.

A first generation entrepreneur M.K.Badrinarayan is an engineering graduate from one of the leading engineering colleges from the University of Mumbai. Groomed in IT with special emphasis in the banking domain at the leading Indian IT multinational company Infosys, he honed his technical and domain skills while working on one of the widely accepted Banking products across geographies. Currently as Director of Ember Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a fast growing IT company he is sharpening his managerial skills. Besides other responsibilities, he leads the research and development at Ember Technologies ensuring the company remains up-to-date with latest technological improvements.

A budding entrepreneur Vinod Bothra is an engineering Graduate from one of the leading engineering colleges from the University of Mumbai. As an Oracle DBA in one of the leading multinational IT Company Atos Origin, his technical and customer handling skills were honed while serving several international clients across various domains and geographies. Part of the top Management as Director of Ember Technologies Pvt. Ltd., besides other responsibilities, he manages the infrastructure and manages the financial aspects of the company.

A budding entrepreneur Harshit Bhalani is an engineering Graduate from one of the leading engineering colleges from the University of Mumbai. Having worked on Mainframes in the initial phase of his career with a leading multinational IT Company Syntel India, he was exposed to the characteristics of banking business across the world. Besides other responsibilities as Director of Ember Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he leads the customer relationship programs and ensures the company maintains highest standards of customer satisfaction.

John Roque D'Cunha brings to Ember his vast 24+ years of experience in the field of System Analysis, Design and Development. Specialized in banking related applications and put in 10+ years in designing applications for this industry. As the holder of a Graduate degree with Post-graduate diploma in Information Technology, he heads the company's Project Management and System Development team.

R. Gopal brings to Ember 27+ years of Diverse Corporate Experience after graduating in Science from Mumbai University and a Diploma course in Computer Science from Maharashtra Technical Board. He brings in vast experience in handling aspects such as Office administration, HR through to dispatch & inventory management as well as a consultant for IT staffing services. Extensive IT experience with M/s. CBT Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. with a profile to head all their operations & later with M/s. Doyen Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. in similar profile and switched to managing IT Sales within the same company as Vice President- Sales, achieving most of the set sales targets. Joined M/s. Ember Technologies in the year 2010 and, currently heading all the Marketing & Sales related activities for the company as Vice President.

Ember also boasts a highly qualified and dedicated development team which is exposed to various training in technology before they are inducted into Ember's task force.
